Starting the lash lounge was more than offering a beauty service – it’s about creating a safe, cosy space where clients feel like they’re at a friend’s house: relaxed, chatting, snacking, or even taking a nap. I chose the name because I wanted the vibe to be warm and welcoming, with comfort at the centre of the experience.

I started the business out of boredom and used my savings to invest in something meaningful. After researching different ventures, I chose lash lifts because they’re creative, in demand, and halal – which was important to me. It’s a modest, hijab-friendly service, but open to everyone. I genuinely care about each client, making sure they feel confident, listened to, and completely at ease. Every appointment is more than just a treatment – it’s an experience.
